On July 31, 2025, at 21:00 UTC, a subset of customers trying to generate documents using the CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) feature in Revenue Cloud, are unable to do so, and receive an error message. This issue only affects customers whose endpoints are configured to North America.
Teams are currently engaged to troubleshoot and restore services as quickly as possible.

We believe that we may have identified the cause of the issue, and that a restart is required. We are making preparations to undertake the restart as the primary route to restore CPQ performance. This may take approximately two hours to complete once the restart begins. We will provide more information as it becomes available.
