We have observed that the impact on service health has decreased from a disrupted to a degraded state. We have amended the posting to reflect this and have highlighted the approximate timings of this transition.

At 05:43 UTC, on August 01, 2025, we identified a service disruption impacting the sandbox environment. During this time, customers can’t log in to Salesforce or access services within the impacted sandbox instance.
A rolling restart of application hosts is underway, starting with one host and continuing with the rest. System metrics indicate signs of recovery, and we continue to actively monitor overall system health and performance.
We’ll provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.
