There’s a Salesforce service performance degradation where some users get page load errors. During intermittent page load errors, network latency affects the cloud infrastructure. At 16:55 UTC, the Salesforce technology team began investigating reports from customers that they are unable to refresh/restart their sandbox environments. Multiple teams are currently engaged to investigate why these error messages are being received.
