Incident Report

There's a feature disruption impacting Field Service Scheduling functionality within Salesforce, and we're working to resolve it. During this time, customers are unable to schedule appointments, run optimization requests, or perform scheduling actions such as appointment booking, Get Candidates, Drag & Drop or resource assignment through the platform. We're investigating the issue and will share an update in 30 minutes or sooner if new information becomes available.

The service performance has improved and the majority of customers can now use the scheduling feature. A small subset of customers may still experience brief delays, but overall, the service is operating normally. We are reviewing a recent weekend update to determine whether it contributed to the issue and will continue monitoring and analyzing to prevent a recurrence.

Additional instances have been identified under impact, and we've updated the posting to reflect the same.

Some customers have reported that the service is operating normally, while others continue to observe intermittent errors and timeouts. We will continue to monitor the service to ensure that the issue resolves for all affected customers.

High memory utilization resulted in connection limits being reached. We have increased capacity and are seeing improved performance. We'll continue to monitor until service returns to normal operating levels.

A subset of customers in the EU region are experiencing timeouts when using the Field Service Scheduling service. Affected customers may receive HTTP 503 errors along with connection and timeout errors, and may not be able to perform async field service scheduling.
