Our engineering teams have successfully deployed the fix to the EU region and service has been restored. The team is currently deploying the fix to the US region.
Customers will have to re-authenticate their Salesforce connections in MuleSoft Composer Flows.
We'll provide an update in 60 minutes, or sooner if more information becomes available.

At 00:01 UTC on February 1, 2026, a feature disruption began impacting connectivity between MuleSoft and Salesforce for Composer. Users are unable to establish connectivity to Salesforce via MuleSoft Composer because they're receiving an "Unexpected Error Screen" instead of the expected login prompt. The Salesforce Technology team is exploring multiple paths to resolution.
