MuleSoft experienced a 57-minute disruption affecting API mocking functionality in the EU Anypoint platform, preventing customers from mocking APIs available on the Anypoint or Exchange asset platform. Salesforce deployed a targeted fix and observed signs of recovery as the deployment progressed, with some customers seeing service restoration while others continued to experience issues during the rollout. The incident was fully resolved after the deployment completed across all affected systems.
Upon further investigation, the Salesforce Technology team has determined that the start time of impact is different than initially understood. We have now revised the start time of the Trust post to more accurately reflect the time customers may have begun to experience impact. We apologize for any confusion caused by this.
