Incident in Expense,Travel,Request,Imaging,Analysis/Intelligence on Concur Cloud for Public Sector

In the Concur Cloud for Public Sector (CCPS) Data Center, creating and submitting expense reports through the SAP Concur website and SAP Concur mobile app were below expected level. Affected users may have encountered errors while performing various actions in the expense report submission process. Users should be able to access and use Concur Travel, Concur Request and Analysis/Intelligence.
Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.

In the Concur Cloud for Public Sector (CCPS) Data Center, creating and submitting expense reports through the SAP Concur website and SAP Concur mobile app are below expected level. The Incident Response Team (IRT) executed a configuration change to an application server tier. The change is still in progress.

In the Concur Cloud for Public Sector (CCPS) Data Center, access to Concur Expense, Concur Travel, Concur Request and Analysis/Intelligence is below expected level. Affected users may now be able to login, but may continue encounter errors when performing actions in Concur Expense, Concur Travel, Concur Request and Analysis/Intelligence.
The Incident Response Team (IRT) has engaged additional resources and is working to identify a fix.

Affected users may experience an error message:" Sorry, something went wrong. We encountered an error processing your request."when attempting to login.
The Incident Response Team (IRT) is currently investigating.
