In the Concur Cloud for Public Sector (CCPS) Data Center, accessing Analysis and Intelligence through the SAP Concur website was below expected level. Affected users may have experienced the “504 Gateway Time-out or An error has occurred. Please try again. If problem persists, contact your Company Administrator or Help Desk for assistance.” error after clicking the reporting tab. Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.
