In the China Data Center, logins through the SAP Concur mobile app was unavailable. Affected IOS users may have encountered “The server encountered an error”, while Android users may have encountered “Unable to sign in” errors when trying to login through the mobile app.
Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.
In the China Data Center, logins through the SAP Concur mobile app are unavailable. Affected IOS users may encounter “The server encountered an error”, while Android users may encounter “Unable to sign in” errors when attempting to login through the mobile app.
The Incident Response Team (IRT) continue investigating along with the additional teams to identify the root cause.
