In the China Data Center, logging in through the SAP Concur website and SAP Concur mobile app was below expected level. Affected users may have experienced the following error, when attempting to login: "502 Bad Gateway Error ".
Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.

User impact since the last update remains unchanged. In the China Data Center, logging in through the SAP Concur website and SAP Concur mobile app is below expected level. Affected users may encounter the following error, when attempting to login: " 502 Bad Gateway Error ".The Incident Response Team (IRT) executed a restart of pods in an attempt to restore service, but this did not yield expected results. The IRT is currently performing further investigation into a potential connection issue.Our next scheduled update will be in one hour or sooner should a significant change occur.
