Incident in Travel on US2, EU2, Concur Cloud for Public Sector

In the US2,EU2 and Concur Cloud for Public Sector (CCPS) Data Centers, completing travel searches using the Worldspan, Galileo and Apollo GDS services through the SAP Concur website and SAP Concur mobile app were intermittently unavailable. Affected users may have experienced latency or slow processing followed by an error when trying to search for air, car and hotel. As a workaround, users may retry to perform their search again.

Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.

User impact since the last update is unchanged. In the US2,EU2 and Concur Cloud for Public Sector (CCPS) Data Centers, completing travel searches using the Worldspan, Galileo and Apollo GDS services through the SAP Concur website and SAP Concur mobile app are intermittently unavailable. The Incident Response Team (IRT) has confirmed that the root cause is linked to an internal issue with the vendor and is actively working with them to reach a resolution.

The Incident Response Team, has contacted our 3rd Party Vendor Travelport and they confirmed they are experiencing some issues. They currently engaged and working on the issue.
