Service has been restored to a normal operating level, and we have started a mandatory post-recovery monitoring period to ensure service performance stability prior to declaring the incident resolved. We will post the next incident communication at or before 11:30 PM UTC on 19 November 2024. In the EU2 Data Center, logging in through the SAP Concur website and the SAP Concur mobile app was unavailable. Affected users may have been unable to log in or may have been redirected to the Homepage after logging in. Uploading new receipts was also unavailable.

In the EU2 Data Center, logging in through the SAP Concur website and SAP Concur mobile app was unavailable. Affected users may have been unable to login or been redirected to the Homepage after logging in. Uploading new receipts is currently unavailable.
The IRT took action to rollback a recent change, but this did not restore ability to upload a new receipt. The IRT is continuing to investigate.

In the EU2 Data Center, logging in through the SAP Concur website and SAP Concur mobile app were unavailable. Affected users may have been redirected to the login page once successfully logged in. The IRT is seeing recovery for logins. Affected users may be able to login successfully and perform most tasks. Uploading new receipts is currently unavailable, and the IRT continues to investigate.
