Incident in Expense on China

In the China Data Center, creating and submitting expense reports, and access to Concur Expense through the SAP Concur website was below expected level. Affected users may have experienced latency when pages were loading, timeouts, or a blank screen when attempting to access the Expense tab, creating an expense report or submitting an expense report. No workaround had been identified at that time.
Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.
