Outage Details

In the France Data Center, logging in through the SAP Concur website were unavailable. Affected users may have experienced an error: “Service Unavailable. The server is temporary unable to service your request. Please try again later.” When attempting to log in. Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.

In the France Data Center, logging in through the SAP Concur website were unavailable. Affected users may have experienced an error: “Service Unavailable. The server is temporary unable to service your request. Please try again later.” When attempting to log in.

Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.

The Incident Response Team is currently investigating.
