Incident in Travel on Concur Cloud for Public Sector

In the Concur Cloud for Public Sector Data Center, travel searches through the SAP Concur website and SAP Concur mobile app were below expected levels.
Concur Travel and Expense users may have experienced latency and continuous page loading when attempting to perform travel searches.
Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 30-40 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.

User impact since the last update remains unchanged. In the Concur Cloud for Public Sector Data Center, travel searches through the SAP Concur website and SAP Concur mobile app are below expected levels.
