Incident in Travel on France DC

In the France Data Center, travel searches through the SAP Concur website and SAP Concur mobile app were unavailable. Affected users may have experienced latency or timeout errors when attempting to search or book travel. Additionally, some users may have encountered login errors.

Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.

The Incident Response Team (IRT) is continuing its analysis of the issue in order to identify the root cause.
