In the EU2 Data Center, car searches and booking via the GDS vendor Sabre through SAP Concur website was below expected level. Affected users may have experienced issues such as no results being returned when attempting to search for car rental options. After further investigation, the Incident Response Team (IRT) has determined that the previously reported incident does not meet the criteria for a P1 incident. As a result, this incident will be removed from the SAP Concur status website

In the EU2 Data Center, car searches and booking via the GDS vendor Sabre through SAP Concur website was below expected level. Affected users may have experienced issues such as no results being returned when attempting to search for car rental options.

After further investigation, the Incident Response Team (IRT) has determined that the previously reported incident does not meet the criteria for a P1 incident. As a result, this incident will be removed from the SAP Concur status website

The Incident Response Team (IRT) is currently investigating. Our next scheduled update will be in one hour or sooner should a significant change occur.
