Incident in Analysis/Intelligence on EU2

In the EU2 Data Center, users experienced an issue accessing the Analysis/Intelligence service through the SAP Concur website. Affected users may have received the error message “Sorry, Concur is currently unavailable” when trying to log in to Analysis and Intelligence and CTE.

Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.

The Incident Response Team (IRT) is still working to identify the root cause of the issue. Testing and validation of potential fixes are ongoing. Our next scheduled update will be in one hour, or sooner should a significant change occur.
