In the US2 and EU2 Data Center, access to Analysis/Intelligence service was intermittently down for customers. Affected users may have experienced latency, a spinning wheel or timeout errors when attempting to access or navigate within the Analysis/Intelligence service. No workaround was identified. The Incident Response Team implemented a job that will continue to run keeping the impacted instances in a stable state. Although service has been stable for some time, the IRT is continuing investigation to ensure service stability going forward. We have verified that service performance is stable and will now resolve the incident. An investigation into the root cause of this incident will be conducted , and a root cause analysis report provided when that investigation is complete.

Affected users may have experienced latency, a spinning wheel or timeout errors when attempting to access or navigate within the Analysis/Intelligence service. No workaround was identified.
Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.
