Service has been restored to a normal operating level, and we have started a mandatory post recovery monitoring period to ensure service performance stability prior to declaring the incident resolved. We will post the next incident communication at or before 01:10 AM UTC on 27 August 2025. In the US2, EU2, and APJ1 Data Centers, air searches and bookings using the Amadeus GDS through the SAP Concur website and SAP Concur mobile app were intermittently unavailable. Affected users may have encountered a page indicating “No flights available” when performing air searches. Other affected users may have received results but without prices. A workaround was identified, and some users were able to receive results after clicking ‘Edit Search’ and then immediately searching again without editing the search criteria. Some customers also experienced sporadic service recovery. We are going to complete post recovery service performance stability monitoring and verification

The Incident Response Team is continuously coordinating with Amadeus to ensure the full deployment of the fix, while closely monitoring progress and providing updates.

The Incident Response Team has received confirmation from Amadeus that traffic redistribution efforts are still in progress and customers can continue to expect gradual improvement in service performance. Our next scheduled update will be in two hours or sooner should a significant change occur.

The Incident Response Team received a progress update from Amadeus communicating they are continuing traffic redistribution actions and customers should see incremental improvement moving forward. Our next scheduled update will be in two hours or sooner should a significant change occur.

In the US2, EU2, and APJ1 Data Centers, air searches and bookings using the Amadeus GDS through the SAP Concur website and SAP Concur mobile app are unavailable. Affected users may encounter a page indicating “No flights available” when performing air searches. No workaround has been identified at this time.

The Incident Response Team has received confirmation from Amadeus that root cause resides on their end. Amadeus is currently taking a mitigation action to redistribute traffic in attempt to restore service. Our next scheduled update will be in one hour or sooner should a significant change occur.
