Incident in Mobile on US2, EU2, APJ1

In the US2, EU2, and APJ1 Data Centers, new Concur Travel customers experienced issues when searching for hotels using Worldspan, Galileo, and Apollo GDS services through the SAP Concur mobile app. Affected users encountered an ‘Authorisation error’ when trying to search for hotels. A workaround for this issue was not identified.

Services have returned to normal operating levels. We will continue monitoring performance for the next 15-30 minutes to verify stability. Once verified as stable the incident will be resolved.

Some users may experience errors or slow processing when performing administrative functions or attempting to search or book travel via Apollo.
