A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.
The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.
We are currently experiencing issues with entering mailtab, sending RV sheets and selfservice in Settlement. We are also experincing issues with end-users not receiving e-mails such as eVouchers.
What does this mean?
Claimhandlers are unable to complete work in Settlement. The issue is being investigated with the highest priority, and we will provide an update as soon as we have additional information to provide or the issue has been resolved.
