This incident has been resolved. All claims have been reopened and all repairshops have been informed.
Work continues today. We hope to be able to reopen claims soon.
Work on fix, which should reopen claims closed in error, is still ongoing. We will report as soon as we get closer to resolving the incident.
We are continueing to work on a fix for this issue.
During a cleanup of inactive motor claims in HUB Motor, we have inadvertently closed more claims than anticipated. We are working to reopen all claims and associated tasks as quickly as possible.
What does this mean?
A lot of autorepairshops whom have been ordered to provide service on cars, will be unable to complete tasks in supplied claim number, since claim has been closed.
Please contact Scalepoint Support if you need a claim reopened.
