On October 6th, around 11:00 PM PST, our engineering team identified an issue with adding new dedicated IPs. It appears to be the result of a problem on a third-party provider side. When attempting to add a new dedicated IP from UI, customers would see a message stating that "We're sorry, we were unable to add the new IP address. Please try again.". This does not impact mail send. We will provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
