Starting around 7:39 AM PT on 12/9/2022, our engineers began investigating an issue with customers not being able to log in to their account due to not receiving the two-factor authentication codes. Customers may experience trouble when trying to login to the account with an SMS code. This does not impact users who are using the Authy app, just users verifying via SMS.
