The issue also affected Email Validation users who received 403 errors until account activation, and impacted account-level actions including management, settings changes, and login-related activities. Engineers identified and implemented a fix, with the incident fully resolved after 29.6 hours of monitoring, while mail sending functionality remained unaffected throughout the incident.
