Network engineers have been alerted to one of our transit connections in the Equinix PE2 facility going down this morning at around 9:05 AM AEST. The issue appears to be related to our upstream provider. Therefore, we have reached out to them for further investigation. Because of our redundant upstream connections, no services should be affected. However, while this link is down, services in the Equinix PE2 facility will run at reduced capacity & redundancy. Should you believe to be having network issues in Perth, please open a case with our support team via the MySAU portal or by calling our helpdesk. Further updates will be provided when possible.

Our upstream provider has advised that the service has been restored.

We have turned this link back up in to production and can see that traffic has returned to normal.

We will be awaiting further updates to know the cause of this issue.

Our upstream provider has confirmed that they will have a technician onsite in the next 10 minutes to identify what is happening.

Network engineers have been alerted to one of our transit connections in the Equinix PE2 facility going down this morning at around 9:05 AM AEST.
