Upstream VOIP issue affecting inbound support calls

Our upstream VOIP provider has advised us that inbound calls from some third-party Telstra mobile services may have trouble connecting to our Support and Sales phone numbers. At this time, affected callers on the Telstra network may receive a message such as 'the number you have dialled is disconnected' when attempting to call our phone lines. Our upstream carrier is working with Telstra to resolve the issue. Our support team is still available for callers on other carriers, or via support cases in the MySAU portal, at https://www.mysau.com.au/ Further updates will be provided as they are made available by our upstream VOIP provider.
