Incident – MSFT Transactions Stuck in Processing State

We are currently experiencing an incident impacting the purchase and amendment of Microsoft 365 subscriptions. Transactions initiated in Cumulus are getting stuck in a Processing/Queued state and are not completing as expected.Error Message from MSFT API: “Subscription is not ready to be updated.
