Update: Recovering - Microsoft Exchange

We are currently investigating an issue impacting Microsoft Exchange.

Current Progress: Our engineering team has been mobilized and is actively investigating the problem to determine the root cause and restore service.

This is an
update regarding the ongoing disruption to Hosted Microsoft Exchange Canada services. 





Impact Level: Performance Degraded


A subset of our users may currently be experiencing delays in email delivery, slow webmail (OWA) and ActiveSync performance, as well as possible intermittent connectivity issues.

Progress: Our team is still investigating and working on
identifying the cause of the issue.
