We are currently investigating an issue impacting Cumulus.
Impact Level: Partial Outage
You may currently be experiencing Users accessing Cumulus through Firefox may be unable to access organization pages. A generic application error is displayed when opening organizations, preventing navigation and management activities. The issue appears to affect all organizations tested and may impact any partner using Firefox as their primary browser.
Current Progress: Our team is still investigating and working on identifying the cause of the issue.
Workaround: While we work to fully resolve this issue, you can temporarily bypass the problem by using Chrome or another supported browser until the issue is resolved.
