Some users located in the North America East region may note increased latency when trying to load storefronts and store admins. This issue is expected to impact users of a limited set of internet service providers. We are currently working with our networking vendor, Cloudflare, to resolve this issue.

Between 14:30 UTC and 17:28 UTC, due to an issue with our networking provider, some users experienced increased latency when loading storefronts and store admins. Cloudflare implemented a fix at 17:28 UTC which resolved the issue. The monitoring period for this issue has ended and no further impact has been observed.
