Sierra Wireless is experiencing degradation in the AirVantage platform services listed below. This would affect delays in usage view and SIM consumption alerting within the AirVantage UI. Our engineers engaged on a technical bridge have identified the root cause and are working to resolve this issue. No ETR is currently available. We will provide an update as soon as we have additional information.

We have been closely monitoring since the corrective action was taken, and have observed no additional impacts. We are considering this issue resolved at this time.

We are seeing significant improvement with the AirVantage platform services since the corrective action was taken. The recovery process is working well and we should see a return to normal soon. We will send another update as soon we see full recovery.
