Devices are successfully performing activation operations for Verizon Wireless SIMs. Monitoring period continues.
We have confirmed the fix implemented was successful. Devices can now perform activation operations for Verizon Wireless SIMs.
We will consider this resolved if no further impacts are observed during our monitoring period.
Verizon have implemented the fix that's preventing fresh activations. We continue to confirm they are fully active on our side.

Verizon is currently getting the affected fresh activations pushed through, and we are working to fully confirm they are showing fully active on our side. A new update will be sent out soon once we see all lines with active lines.
Verizon support has come up with a permanent fix, which can be implemented within two to three days; currently, they are working on trying a temporary workaround.
We should be able to verify the results for the temporary workaround within an hour or so.
