POS iOS version 1.92 has been released with a fix for this issue. The update has been pushed to the AppStore and should be available shortly for download.

We have identified that the issue specifically affects iOS version 1.91. We recommend not installing or upgrading to version 1.91. We are working to fix this issue.
Only a small number of customers are affected.
