Smokeball USA experienced delays with activity tracking that prevented activities from appearing in the activity tab and disrupted pending time entry generation for users with Auto:Time enabled. The service disruption lasted 1.6 hours before engineers implemented a fix and restored normal functionality. All activities and pending time entries returned to normal operation after the resolution.
