Elevated failure rate for some transactions

Transactions are processing normally again. The elevated failure rate was caused by a stability issue at an external provider, which has now been resolved. Softpay's own platform operated normally throughout. We will continue to monitor.

The Softpay platform continues to operate normally. A small percentage of transactions are failing due to a stability issue at an external provider, who is actively working on a fix. We are monitoring transaction success rates and will confirm once they return to normal levels.
