Intermittent error with AI related services

We would like to confirm that the AI Chatbot service is now operating as expected and the reported issue has been resolved. At this time, no further disruptions are observed.
We are continuing to closely monitor the system to ensure a seamless experience. In parallel, our team is actively working with our cloud provider (Azure) to complete a detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) related to the intermittent behavior observed earlier.

The intermittent errors with the AI Chatbot have resurfaced, and we are currently investigating the issue again. Initial findings indicate it may be related to an OpenAI dependency, and our team is actively checking this with Azure for further validation.
