Intermittent failures to load Stonly guides

The issue is fully resolved now.

We've fine tuned our scaling policies and see the systems stabilizing. Guides are loading, but it can be a bit slower than usual. We expect everything to get back to normal in 3-5 minutes given the traffic we're seeing.
