This incident has been resolved. Please see the Statements page of you giving dashboard for an important update about generating statements.
We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.
The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.
We are currently investigating an issue causing gifts to not show up in the Dashboard, on statements, and on reports. This does not affect Donors' ability to give. Gifts are still being processed normally and this issue only affects their visibility in the Dashboard.
