Awareness: Our third party partner RouteOne is currently experiencing a service outage which is directly impacting our e-signing flow for dealers using RouteOne. For users unable to complete e-signing at this time we recommend completing transactions using wet signatures. Note: Tekion Systems are fully Operational at this time. We are in communication with the Third Party vendor as they work to correct the impacted services. We will continue to monitor and update you as more information is available to us.
