Tekion's eContracting service experienced an issue that prevented contracts from being successfully sent to RouteOne, causing contract submissions to fail or be delayed. The problem affected the Retail component and impacted users' ability to complete contract submissions through the RouteOne integration. The issue was resolved after 11 minutes, with contract submissions restored to normal functionality.
This issue has been resolved, and eContracting contracts are now sending successfully to RouteOne.
