Date: 08/26/20 Start Time: 12:20 PM PDT End Time: Ongoing Dear Customers and Partners, We received a notification that Videotron carrier from Canada is currently experiencing issues with Concatenated MT Traffic Due to this issue, concatenated MT messages towards Videotron are sent as individual message parts with pagination suffixes as a reference for the end-user to understand the order of the SMS received on the handset. Single part SMS are unaffected by this change. We will inform you once the operator has come to a resolution.
