What’s happening: January monthly statements, which are usually available in the app by 4 February, are taking longer than expected. As a result, some members may not yet see their January statement in the Tide app and on Tide on the web. Your January statement has not been missed or lost. It will become available in the app once generated. What you can do in the meantime: You can manually generate statements for your Business Current Accounts in-app or on Tide on the web. Go to: ‘Payments’ > ‘Details’ > ‘Statements and documents’ > ‘Account statements’ > select a ‘Custom Date Range’ for your document. You can’t manually generate statements for a Tide Instant Saver Account. If you need a statement urgently, tap ‘Support’ in the app and we’ll help you We’re resolving this: Our team is working to complete all statement generation as quickly as possible – please check back here for updates.
