We have isolated the affected server and removed it from the cluster while we investigate the reason for the failure. The service is operating normally and we expect to have further updates in the next few hours.

The issue was caused by an extremely high volume of requests coming from one of our integration partners that we were not rate-limiting consistently.

After applying a more strict filtering rule to their traffic, the issue was resolved.
