Outage Details

At approximately 8:50PM EDT an upstream network issue caused a brief outage on our servers in Atlanta, Ga. All services failed over to alternate locations as expected, however there may have been a brief disruption to ongoing calls. The servers are fully reachable and operational now, and we are continuing to monitor the service as well as investigate the root cause.
