We believe no that the issue has been resolved and that Product Review widgets with review sharing should be working as expected.
We will continue to monitor for a couple of hours just in case.

We have been unable to mitigate the issue to acceptable levels without it resulting in service degradation.
A closer careful look will be required tomorrow to resolve this incident.
Customers using Product Review widgets with review sharing (the affected customers) would see they are still working and showcasing their own product reviews. Only shared reviews will not be visible.
