We are investigating an issue with event streams status change webhook for Toll Free verification subscription. Customers can still receive email notifications of toll-free verification” status changes and retrieve a toll-free verification’s status via the Messaging Compliance API. We expect to provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available

Our monitoring systems have detected a potential issue webhooks notifications of TrustProduct status changes. Our engineering team has been alerted and is actively investigating. We will update as soon as we have more information.
