Our engineers have identified an issue with the upgrade flow in Console where customers still see the "Upgrade" button available after completing the upgrade of the account and are working to deploy a fix. As a workaround, customers can do a hard refresh in the browser and then the console will reflect the upgraded state. We expect to provide another update in 24 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
