Issues where Twilio accounts may not have been able to capture speech through Gather has been resolved and TwiML, Speech Recognition, and Intelligence are operating normally at this time.

We are observing recovery where a small subset of Twilio accounts may not be able to capture speech using through Gather. While reviewing the original impact, we identified that these customers may have observed delayed transcripts. We expect to provide another update in 2 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
